Study Programme
The diploma programme in Law consists of three stages. The first three modules form the introductory stage, which starts with the Introductory and Orientation Period (STEOP). The following five modules constitute the Private Law Stage, while the last four modules represent the Public Law Stage. Core topics of the diploma programme are general private law, criminal law and law of criminal procedure, business law, law of civil procedure, labour law and law of social security, private law, public law, tax law and economic competences. By completing elective modules, students have the opportunity to specialise in certain subject areas according to their own interests and/or in view of career planning. To successfully complete the diploma programme in Law, students have to complete the Diploma Thesis module.
